Becoming a High-Frequency Coincidentor

When you’re “open to being open,” you can strengthen your internal knowingness and receptivity to become a high-frequency coincidentor. In April 2022, I was invited to join the board of The Coincidence Project, a global gathering of people who experience synchronicities and coincidences and use these messages as a force for good in the world. When you pay attention and become attuned to synchronicity and coincidences it’s just like having an internal GPS that can guide and instruct you to live more purposefully and with greater awareness. Some people call this intuition, others call psychic ability, and other scientists call an awakened brain.

I expect miraculous, synchronistic coincidences to happen all the time. And they do. That’s what it means to be intentionally open to being open. When you are looking for the miraculous, you’ll find that it happens more often than you may have previously thought. When a synchronistic coincidence occurs, don’t discount your experience. In some ways, this feels disrespectful and it also minimizes and invalidates yourself and others who might be involved. Rather, proceed with grace, respect, and curiosity for the gift this message might be giving you.

We all have the innate potential to tap into coincidence and become high-frequency coincidentors. As a colleague of mine often says: “You already have everything you need inside of yourself, you just have to know how to tap into it.” To that end, here are four Soaringwords suggestions to activate your connection to synchronicity.

  1. Quiet outside stimuli. Regardless of what’s happening in your life, if you can just quietly be by yourself for a little while—whether that’s taking a warm bath, going for a walk in nature, or just sitting still and not doing anything—this creates a receptive space for you to get past the loud noise of life and tune into synchronicity. Turn off all your electronics so you can spend a few precious moments just to be with yourself. This is how you can start to tap into that small, still voice within. Some people call this the divine spark, divine energy, or Source. I call it the voice of inner knowingness.
  2. Pay attention to messages. For example, you can encounter messages from a song playing on the radio at the precise moment you were thinking of that topic. Or perhaps you get a feeling in your gut, and that experience is later reinforced when something happens.
  3. Ask yourself this important question: What is this synchronicity or coincidence message trying to show me? What is it helping me to see with greater clarity?
  4. Pause and consider, is there something you want to do as a result of getting this synchronistic message or nudge? Pay attention and keep staying open to being open to facilitate more direction and guidance that will come your way.

From a young age, I’ve been an empath—able to read the emotions and feelings of others through that finely tuned internal GPS. My synchronicity, intuition, and psychic muscles are developed because I have relied upon them throughout my life. Since 2000, I have devoted myself to leading Soaringwords, a global movement which supports people going through illness, setbacks, and challenges by inspiring them to take active roles in their self-healing. Something significant I discovered is that, when people are grappling with obstacles, they are often more open to being open. Because of this, I have been able to use my gifts to help people have greater understanding, hope, and clarity when they are going through difficult situations or have major life decisions. Synchronicity combined with deep faith has shown me time and again that I am strong and that I am not alone, which is a lesson I’ve been honored to pass on to countless others. While we cannot choose what happens in our lives, we can choose how we respond to these experiences with grace, with openness, with equanimity—leaning on mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper.

I’m excited to continue sharing this message through this recent podcast episode of Connecting With Coincidence where I was a guest with host Dr. Bernard Beitman, founder of The Coincidence Project.

I’m sending you strength and love.
